Natural night creams

Night creams are a gift to our skin, because the supply nutrients takes place while the cell regeneration process that occurs during sleep. It is therefore very important to take care of our skin before bed. So you can see the benefits that these creams can make to your skin, night creams present you can do yourself:

Cream for normal and oily skin: You need a tablespoon of virgin beeswax, two tablespoons of rose hip oil, a tablespoon of glycerin, one tablespoon wheat germ oil, 250 milliliters of rose water, a tablespoon of Chamomile, a spoonful of green tea and 40 drops of oat extract.

To prepare a water bath melt beeswax and add virgin rose hip oil and wheat germ. Then prepare a chamomile tea and green tea with rose water, filters the liquid and mix with the glycerin. The next step is to mix the oils and infused with an electric mixer for the mixing is complete. Cool and warm when added to oat extract. When finished save the cream into a clean glass jar.

Night cream oil of almonds: Melt in a water bath 215 ml of almond oil and add 30 ml of beeswax and stir until the mixture is completely melted. Add 15 ml of glycerin and mix well. In a separate bowl 175 ml of warm rose water and add 5 ml of borax. Stir well until dissolved and add to the mixture of beeswax.

Finally remove the bowl from water bath and whisk around with the mixer until the mixture cools. Finally save it in a closed bottle and keep it in the fridge.
