Bathrooms mint for your skin


In the Middle East the use of mint in beauty treatments is something that comes from antiquity. In doing so, our skin can benefit from stimulating and refreshing mint. Here we propose a pair of mint bath to help you recover lost energy while smooth and rejuvenate your skin:

Bathroom Cleaner Mint
: To prepare you need a cup of water, two tablespoons of mint leaves or chopped mint, a spoonful of cucumber extract, a teaspoon of baking soda, two teaspoons of honey (do not add if your skin is oily) and two teaspoons of almond extract.

Start putting the water to boil and when boil add the mint, turn off the heat and let the tea sit for about ten minutes. When cool strain the resulting preparation and add the remaining ingredients to tea.

Add it to bath water or use it as a liquid soap. Remember to take a shower with fresh water before going to close the pores will be opened in the heat of the water. You use immediately, as it loses its flavor within a couple of days.

- Bathroom mint and vinegar: You need two liters of water, a pint of cider vinegar and a handful of mint leaves or mint. Put water to boil with the mint leaves and when it boils let sit for five minutes. Strain preparation and after mixing the water with the vinegar, letting the mixture sit for a few days before use. When you prepare the bath add a pint of this preparation in the bath.
